After a delightful morning preparing carrot juice with the Kindergarteners at Ennis Elementary School, the whole school was offered a taste in the lunchroom. With pride, kindergarteners offered their creation up for review, getting nearly half of the school (staff & faculty included) to try and vote on their juice. The results are below!

He believes that health begins with what you put into your body, with food being the first and most important medicine. Armed with a B.S. in Biology from Butler University, Demetrius seeks to build momentum in the shift towards locally resilient food systems by educating others on the importance and impact of real good food. With FoodCorps, Demetrius is serving a second term in the fine town of Ennis, MT. Serving with Madison Farm to Fork, a local non-profit, he is building a robust and perpetual garden program within Ennis’ K-12 school.
